Arnold is Pig's younger cousin and one of Kipper's best friends. He is voiced by Chris Lang.

Due to his age, Arnold is very quiet. He is usually seen sucking on this thumb. He can only say two words: “Duck” (seven times) and “Igloo” (once in an episode). Pig tends to take care of him, assuming Arnold can’t do much because of his age, but Arnold proves to be able to do a lot of things.

Arnold is a observant, intelligent, kind hearted, spirited, thoughtful, and curious character. He loves to explore and try new things when he finds them and doesn’t give up. Arnold is also very energetic proven in the episode Looking After Arnold.

- Arnold, who is one of the main characters of the series Kipper the Dog, was at first a minor/guest character in Season 1 (being the main protagonist of his debut episode "Pig's Cousin" and returns in the Season One finale "The Conker Tree"), and due to his debut being loved by fans, he becomes one of the series' main characters.
