Plot[]
Tiger gets a new sledge, so Kipper and Tiger go for a ride. Unfortunately, his sledge crashed at the bottom of the slide.

- Kipper who forgets to put on his scarf at the beginning of the episode, never notices he didn't put it on, and he also didn't get it when he got his basket for everyone to sledge in. He forgot it then, too. because he wanted to go sledging with Tiger.
